SheWolves LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our websites, funnels, workshops, and products (the “Services”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit when you register for a workshop, opt in to a form, book a call, or contact us.
• Purchase information: billing details and transaction records. Payment card data is processed by our third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.
• Automatically collected data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
• Enriched data: information about you that we obtain or supplement through third-party sources and our subcontractor, Sales Kick, to improve the accuracy and relevance of the Services (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the workshop, products, and materials you request, and to send related reminders and confirmations.
• To schedule and manage calls and appointments, and to provide customer support.
• To send marketing and promotional communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
• To operate, improve, secure, personalize, and analyze our Services, including through data enrichment.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including analytics and advertising tools) to understand usage, measure marketing, and personalize content. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Subcontractors and service providers who help us operate the Services — including our CRM and hosting platform, payment processors, email/SMS providers, analytics and advertising partners, and Sales Kick, our data-processing and enrichment subcontractor. These parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may use your data only to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal and safety purposes — to comply with the law, respond to court orders or government requests, or protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data Enrichment via Sales Kick

We use a third-party platform, Sales Kick, as a subcontractor to process and enrich the data you provide. Sales Kick operates solely on our behalf and under our direction to enhance the accuracy, relevance, and utility of the Services — for example, by supplementing contact records and supporting appointment scheduling. You do not interact directly with Sales Kick, and Sales Kick is contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

6. Credit Pre-Qualification (FCRA)

If you submit an application to book a sales call, you provide written instructions authorizing SheWolves LLC and its affiliates to obtain your personal credit profile or other information from credit reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) solely to conduct a credit pre-qualification. This is a soft pull and will not affect your credit score in any way. You are not required to submit such an application to attend our free workshop.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or contact us to exercise your rights.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to third-party websites that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
